5. Payments and Fees

Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled prior to billing date

Implementation/setup fees are non-refundable once work has started

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of Services

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.


6. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and technical nature of automation setup and implementation:

Setup fees are non-refundable

Monthly services are billed for system availability

Refunds are not provided for unused time or business performance outcomes

Any exceptions are at our sole discretion.

Reverse engineer automations

Offer the system as your own service


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee:

Conversion rates

Sales performance

Platform uptime

Automation improves response speed but does not replace business operations, pricing, or reputation.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North AI shall not be liable for:

Lost profits

Lost leads

Business interruption

Data loss

Reputation damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the previous three (3) months of service.


12. Termination

You may cancel at any time, but no partial billing refunds are provided for the active billing cycle.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold North AI harmless from any claims, damages, fines, or legal costs resulting from:
